Rabbi Becky Jaye is an Adjunct Rabbi at Temple Emanu-El of Westfield
Before that, Rabbi Jaye served as Program Manager for Emor: The Institute for Bold Jewish Thought, a project of T’ruah. As the day-to-day leader of its programs, Becky worked to accomplish Emor’s mission of bringing together diverse voices to have courageous conversations about today’s most important moral and political issues.
Rabbi Jaye graduated from the New York Campus of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. Before attending HUC-JIR, she graduated with her Master of Arts in Religion from Yale Divinity School, where she enjoyed studying with colleagues and classmates of various religious and spiritual traditions. Prior to that, Rabbi Jaye became a Yale-China Teaching Fellow for two years, stationed in Zhuhai, China, shortly after she graduated with her B.A. in American Studies from Yale College.
